CONRAILS CONCLUSION...THE T and OC follows this former New York Central Route from its northern terminus of Toledo to Vaughan, WV, south of Charleston. After the CSX/NS takeover, the Tand OC was split between the two, with CSX getting the end north of Columbus, OH and the NS the south end.
